How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We can accommodate most timeframes. Four weeks or more is ideal for larger orders. This gives us time to make sure everything is just right, and will ensure your gift arrives on time. If you’re in a crunch for time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, so if your big day is coming up quickly, please email us so we can coordinate.
What products & scents can I choose from?
You can choose any products & scents currently available on our website. We have products to match every budget, whether we are your main gift or just a component.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We can accommodate any size gift order, including one package. We do offer price incentives for larger orders, so the more the merrier!
Your products are a component of a larger gift pack. Can you ship them directly to us?
Yes! If our products are a piece of your larger gift package, we will gladly send the entire order to you. If you’re within 1-hour’s drive of Madrid, NM we can deliver them personally.
I want to include a message or card, can you do this?
Yes. We are happy to include a message of your choice with your gift package. We offer handwritten and typed cards. If you have other promotional materials, you can send them to us and we’ll include it in the package.
Is shipping included?
All orders will ship via USPS at cost. We will calculate all shipping costs at the time of coordinating your order. If you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like us to ship directly with your carrier, we are happy to accommodate.
Are there any other costs?
No. Our prices include everything, exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs via USPS will be calculated at time of order.
How do I order?
Just complete the form below, and we will get the process started! Let us know what you’re interested in, how many pieces you will want, and your timeframe. Once that is finalized, we will ask for a 1/3 deposit. The remaining 2/3 will be billed before shipping or delivery.
